Fully Controlled Production Process:
All food items, vehicles, tools, and equipment used in our food preparation and production areas are meticulously inspected by our food engineers at every stage of the preparation, cooking, packaging, and transportation processes. -
Reliable Raw Materials and Supply:
We work with leading and reliable suppliers in the field; we select raw materials that comply with health, safety, and quality standards. During the goods acceptance stage, the packaging, expiration dates, and storage conditions of the products are checked by our quality team, and only products deemed suitable are taken into production. -
Personnel Hygiene and Training:
We provide regular in-service training to all our employees on personal hygiene, equipment cleaning, production, and transportation standards. We meticulously carry out periodic health checks of our personnel. -
Equipment and Infrastructure Hygiene:
We perform the cleaning and maintenance of all vehicles, tools, and equipment used in our production facility at planned intervals and constantly monitor their service life and hygiene status. In our food production areas, we fully implement hygiene rules in line with the ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System and HACCP principles. -
