First, take the banana into a deep bowl and mash it using a fork. Then you can add cocoa and coconut on top and mix. Optionally, you can add powdered sugar.
After kneading the dough well, take walnut-sized pieces, shape them, and arrange them on the tray.

- 1 banana
- 1 pack of cocoa biscuits
- 160 grams of milk and dark chocolate
- 3 dessert spoons of hazelnut paste
Preparation
Start by melting your chocolates bain-marie style first.
Then, grind a pack of cocoa biscuits in a food processor until they turn into flour and take them into a mixing bowl. Then add the banana and hazelnut paste on top and start kneading.
Dip the pieces you tore off from the dough you kneaded in the size of a walnut into the melted chocolate and arrange them on trays lined with greaseproof paper. Finally, wait for them to solidify in the refrigerator for half an hour.
